NOTE: Do not be fooled by companies that say they give unlimited queries. No company gives unlimited queries as it is financially impossible for any stable company to do so. If other DNS services do suggest they offer unlimited queries then the largest web companies in the world (Yahoo, Google, etc.) would take them up on that offer.
Every provider that claims to offer unlimited queries has a clause for "excessive queries" (or you should call them if they do not have it listed on their site). If a company does not list these fees then they tend not to have any high volume clients (which can also indicate that their network is not trusted by any large corporations).

5 seconds TTL for all Memberships
The TTL is the amount of time that your record will cache in remote systems / name servers. So the longer the TTL the less frequent remote systems will lookup your DNS record. DNS Made Easy allows you to set the TTL to a very low values but the problem is that many ISPs will ignore low TTLs and default it to much higher values (sometimes 86400 which is a full day). This is why we suggest all records that are using Failover or on Dynamic IPs to set their TTL anywhere from 180 to 600 (3 to 10 minutes cache). Records that do not use Failover and are static should set their TTLs anywhere from 1800 to 86400. You can always lower the TTL before you make a record change and then raise it back up again.
The minimum TTL that you can set for the all DNS Made Easy memberships is 5 seconds.

Most of our users tend to have years of experience in the industry but just need a quality and secure services to use. Because of this 99% of our users do not need expensive 24/7 phone support built into their annual fees. So to keep our user's cost low a 24/7 phone support option can be purchased additionally (still a fraction of any competitors fees).

This support is intended for assistance with your DNS Made Easy configuration / services. If you require assistance in troubleshooting your own systems (configuration / network issues) an additional $100 per hour is added to each support call.
Once we have your account on file linked to have phone support you can open a ticket (24/7/365) and simply request someone to call you! All Corporate and Enterprise Users do get higher priority.
* Premium Phone Support - $500 per year addon (only available for Corporate and Enterprise users). If you are a heavy phone user and require numerous hours of phone support then this is the best option for you. Not only do you get cheaper hourly rates (50% off during normal business hours!) but you also get a dedicated number that you use to call in 24/7. Your call will be answered within highest priority. If all admins are busy you can simply leave a message and all on-call admins will be paged immediately!
